I couldn't sleep the night of my accident, The damage to my car looked to be very severe. I had an excellent experience with my purchase at Autonation Ford so I decided to give them a call to handle my claim. I was greeted by Jim Veenstra one of the body shop managers, immediately he made me feel at ease. He assured me my baby was in good hands and promised me only the highest of quality repair would be done. He stayed in contact with me through the entire repair, he was very thorough and made sure all my questions were answered each time we spoke. Once my car was finished it was everything he promised me it would be. The repair and refinish work was top notch and simply Amazing to say the least. I feel like I'm part of the family at Autonation Ford, I would highly recommend this dealership for your next repair or purchase. If you are in the neighborhood please go by and see my friends at Autonation Ford in Brooksville and see for yourself how great their team really is.\r
