I have been going to Kearny Mesa VW since they opened. I have an old golf, and my car has unfortunately had to take quite a few trips to the 'shop'---so I have gotten to know a bunch of the folks there, and have found everyone to be great! Kathy is my service gal, and she has been/is wonderful. Service at the dealer as everyone knows isn't cheap, but hey they are the V-Dub experts. Kathy has been gracious and sympathetic when I've been bummed out about yet another bill, which I very much appreciate! (She also hinted that maybe it's time for a new car and I finally took her advice!)\r
