Review content:
We have known Scott Veerkamp for over 10 years. We first worked together on a rental property that he still manages for us today. When we decided to move into a new house a few years ago, Scott and his team worked with us to listen to our needs and wants then prepared list of houses for us to visit. During the house hunting process, he assisted us in our decision making process by listening to us and providing constructive feedback. Scott also did a good job of negotiating with the owner to agree to a reduced price to better align with our financial needs. in addition, Scott coordinated with a mortgage lender to make the process easier for us. We enjoyed our experience with Scott and will plan to use him again.
