Hard to believe what happened to the person with the cat, as over the last 10 years, I've had 2 cats and 2 dogs euthanized at Minter Creek. Each time, I was shown nothing but kindness and compassion. Both dogs were very large, and each time, I was met in the back by a vet tech who administered a tranquilizer to my dog in the car, and I sat with them until it took effect and then the vet tech or Dr. Jeff carried my dog inside to save me and my dog stress and trauma. I have always gotten a ""condolences"" card and given time to pay the bill. Dr. Irwin is extremely kind, caring and sensitive, as are most of his staff.
