these people are scammers! I rented a car from them but return it a day early but was told that I could not get a refund back because to them a day means morning to evening, and that they don't do it hourly. Are you kidding me! everywhere you go a definition of daily/day is 24hrs no matter which planet you go to. Be honest and say that I charge 30-35 for 12hrs, because that is what they are doing. To cap it off, they try to file a claim with your insurance company saying that you have somewhat scratched their car. When I returned the car, they were supposed to inspect the whole car, but instead he walked right by the whole driver's side and went to the passenger side, lower bottom where it was already dusty and said there is a scratch/dent here. he said that I caused it. lucky for me, there was a good samaritan standing by who went to inspect when he heard me saying that I did not do anything to the car. The good samaritan said"" these is an old scratch/dent, and it even had work done on it. it could not possibly have happened this week."" in order to see these scratch you have to rub the dust away, and how was he able to zero in to that particular spot. It is as if the owner of the car already know that there was an old scratch there and waiting to scam somebody for it.
