Our experience with Kitchen & Bath Wizards has been extraordinary. When we needed new flooring and carpeting in our home, we went to their showroom to purchase materials with them. They were very supportive in whatever way we wanted to go. They took their time with us, and we didn't feel rushed at all. They helped us decide between wood and ceramic floors. They really educated us, so we could make the right choice for our family. They provided us with a quote that, in the end, was very compatible to the final price.
The installers were very professional. They replaced flooring throughout our house, including the foyer. We had them install five rooms with wood and four rooms with carpet. It took them less than two weeks to complete everything. The supervisor, Jim, showed up at our house almost every day to check up on the progress of the project. All of our questions from start to finish were answered either through text, phone call, or email.
The quality of their work was very, very good. We even had two companies come out, and even they complimented their workmanship.
You have a lot of companies to choose from for your home improvement needs, especially in Houston, but you have to be very careful when investigating the quality of work and the companies themselves. From personal experience, we have had very bad experiences with other companies, so we were pleasantly surprised by what we got from Kitchen and Bath Wizards. They were so helpful. We had no problems at all. We would recommend their services.
