Review content:
My daughter and son-in-law bought a car at Ron Carter Toyota (now Toyota of Alvin) a few weeks ago. First - they were sold a car that had been in an accident and this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The car had to be returned and put in the shop. When Matt & Lauren were told about the accident, they said they no longer wanted the car and the people at Ron Carter Toyota basically told them there was nothing they could do about it and rudely dismissed them. \r

It has been 3 weeks now and T of A has had more than enought time to make this right - but it's obvious at this point, that they have no intention of doing so. They've been horribly rude and even told Matt & Lauren to drive out to a body shop 40 miles away and then didn't bother make an appointment or show up (the T of A representative). Unbelievable!! \r
\r
The dealer had a chance to do right by this young couple and possibly have customers for a long time. But now, not only will they never do business there again - neither will we. And we will tell ALL our friends, and they will tell ALL their friends, etc. \r
\r
Shame on them!!\r
