Businiess name:  Flying Fish

Review content:
Every year on my birthday, we dine at Flying Fish in Belltown. I look forward to this meal all year for one primary reason: the salt-and-pepper dungeness crab with Asian lime dipping sauce. Crab happens to be my favorite food, and the way that Flying Fish prepares it is my favorite by far. It's just the right combination of salty, spicy and sweet. It's served with a pile of soba noodles, but I usually don't eat much of that because I'm too full from the crab and their wonderful mixed greens salad with crispy fried parmesan cheese on top. For dessert, I always end the meal with their trio of burnt creams. I only hope I can make it until October, because unfortunately with their prices, we can only afford this meal once a year. Pros: Food, Atmosphere, Service Cons: Expensive, Little free parking, Crowded
