Review content:
This has to be the worse place around. They give you what they want you to have if you don't check it before leaving. I sent my husband to get chicken for dinner. He goes through the drive through which was the first mistake. When he gets home instead of mild its spicy, instead of fresh its old. You can tell its old because its all dried out. You can tell they had the chicken sitting in the batter to long as the crust was thick and hard. We were so mad we threw the chicken away an went to KFC and bought chicken. We've had this problem several times an each time we've had to go back to get the chicken replaced. Second mistake is giving them chances an third mistake was going back again. The mgr or general mgr should take pride in the people they hire and the product they sell and send out the door with customers. This was truly pathetic and we'll never eat there again. If you're in the mood for chicken either go to another Popeye's or KFC, don't waste your money at this one. NASTY!! 11/12/13
