Our garage door went out of whack on a Saturday. It was unbalanced and crooked, so we couldn't move it. Our belongings were exposed, too. I called Hobbs Door Service at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. The receptionist was very understanding and explained what they could possibly do. She said she would get a call in.
By noon, the owner and his son were over here. They fixed it and performed some maintenance on it. They charged $110, which was a little more because it was a Saturday. I felt the price was very reasonable, especially for such a quick response on that day. The door is working better now than when we purchased our home a year ago.
