Wow. I was really displeased with the customer service for Tanner Transmission. When I called to check on pricing for rebuilt transmission it felt like I was was treated as four year old in who had busted moms china dish. Not only was I disrespected as I tried to explain what I needed, but I felt pressured into taking the car into them that very night. At the end of the conversation I said that I would like to check around to different places for a price match, by doing so It must have made the man whom I was being talked at by very upset. He angrily said ""Well anywhere else you go will never fix your transmission like I can, WE are the best in the state"" He then ended the conversation by hanging up before I could respond. Like I said, Wow. That was one of the worst calls I have ever made. Because of that call, I will never go to Tanner Transmission for anything!!!!! I suggest you don't either.
