Beware of using DoubleHEnterprises for your Orders.\r There are hundreds, maybe thousands of providers of shirt/embroidery services in the DFW area. I would suggest you look for another. Main issues: Lack of Credit Card Security, Inadequate Technology and Poor Customer Service.\r The link to their site was provided to me by my son’s middle school to order football game day shirts, etc. I went to their site and placed my order. \r First issue: The web-site is clumsy and when you place an order you do not receive an e-mail confirmation. The site doesn’t even ask for your e-mail or phone number. That should have been my first heads up about the company and their ordering process. How would they reach out to me if there was an issue or question? Answer, they don’t care.\r The order arrived a few weeks later and instead of receiving Adult Medium I received Youth Medium. (a very small YM at that so beware of sizes and order up if you choose to use this vendor)\r I went to their web-site that day and found their contact information so I could reach out to get the issue corrected. This was late Friday afternoon and they responded promptly back on Monday morning. At this time I was optimistic that we could come to a solution. \r Second issue: Here is the verbatim response I received Monday morning. \r “Your order form is below.\r You ordered all YOUTH mediums.\r Sorry!”\r \r Third issue: Included in the e-mail was text which looks like how the order appears on their end. This text also included my full credit card information and CVV number. Scary, right? \r As I never received an e-mail confirmation of my order there was no way to validate if 1. The text she provided was accurate or 2. if the system was functioning properly when the order was placed. Both could have been accomplished by sending out an e-mail confirmation of order. \r As I researched further into the issue I found out that the person responding was actually the owner of the business. The owner should know you don’t send out complete credit card information over the internet. This is a big violation of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. In addition, I would have understood the Sorry! response if the person working the e-mails was a low wage employee but what gets me is that the owner of the company felt that Sorry! was an appropriate response. \r Here is what their Web-Site says about their business…\r It's extremely important to us that our clients know whom they're doing business with. Once you take the time to find out what we're all about, we're confident you'll like what you see. If you want to know where we're located, our hours of business, or simply what makes us tick, just follow the provided links for more information. We value all our customers and look forward to building a relationship with you.\r \r At the end of the day I understand that mistakes can happen on both ends. What I would caution you on is that there appears to be no commitment to customer service, no commitment to customer privacy and their technology is limited so when placing orders you have potential for errors that will not be caught until the order is fulfilled many weeks later.
