In a word. Fantastic. Ricky was really professional. It was a USAA purchase and he E mailed me a price for the car wiothin 20 minutes of my applying at USAA car buying service. The other two dealerships in Round Rock and Austin not Beasley operations, were way late and refused to give me a price quote. I was impressed with Ricky's up front approach. Clear, concise, and honest. The entire experience was a joy. That's the first time I can say that about a car purchase and I have purchased about 15 cars in my lifetime from new car dealers. Most play mental games with you and try to brow beat you into submission trying to sell you what they want you to have not necessaryily what you may want. They won't go the extra mile to locate a car for you. They just try to shove you into something they have on hand. Beasley and Ricky were a refreshing change. He went the extra mile locating a car for us and got it delivered expeditiously. I will recommend Ricky Beaty and Beasley - Kyle to all my friends,\r
