Review content:
If I could give zero stars, I would. I was renting a unit in Brookside, and halfway through my lease, my landlord moved out of state. He hired Birch Management to take care of the property. I purposely avoided renting one of their properties for years after enough friends had told me to stay far away. You can never get them to answer the phone. They most surely will raise your rent once your lease is up and goes to 30-day notice (by at least $100 more a month). And even a year after you've moved out, if the building has a call box, you will still get calls to let FexEx into the building because they won't have the number changed to the current resident. Then when you call for the fourth time to have your number removed, they will return your call, interrupt you, yell at you, and tell you it's not their problem. And they will start showing the unit months before you're scheduled to move out, and they will not give you notice before they come, so strangers will walk in and out of where you live for months. They are awful. Do not rent from them.
