I was so upset with union service. I will never tell anyone to go here even for just a simple fix. I asked them to do an emissions test and they charged me 600.00 to try to fix it and then it still wouldn't fix. Every time I walked in they were all sitting with their big mac's and as I explained what was going on they all continued to sit and stare at me while eating and they had no customer service or appreciation for customers. They refused to do the free retest within the 30 days on my car. They are so worried about saving a few dollars themselves that they rip off customers right and left. I told my entire extended family never to give their service at this shop even if they had free coupons here!!! Don't go to Union Service with your car or you and your car will regret it!!! Trust me! I wish that there were negative numbers on the rating scale.
