Review content:
I have been a customer of Law Security for eight years, up until today I have been satisfied. A few weeks we had a issue with our alarm. Law Security sent out a technician. The technician indicated that our alarm needed a 12 volt battery and the system needed to be updated. The technician indicated that he would take care of the problem. At no time did the technician EVER advise me there would be a charge. I get my bill in the mail for a charge of $75. I called Law Security to inquire about the charge. I talked to Pam, the owner. I was appalled at how rude and threatening she was. I couldn't believe my ears. She said when technician comes to your home that you should ""assume"" there would be a charge. I explained had I been told I would be charged $75 for a 12 battery that I could pick up at academy for $10 dollars and would have declined their charge. She then stated in review of my bill that she noticed I have been billed incorrectly for several months and that my bill would be increased $10 per monthly. Very poor customer service. It's a matter of principle, I will be taking my business elsewhere, regardless if I have to pay double. Be for Forewarned, you get what you pay for.\r Pam, if you read this, you need to take a customer service and anger management class.\r
