I had a terrible experience with them. We ordered some custom bumpers for our crib. They took much longer to come in than we were told. We never received any communication from them about the order. When we followed up, they had ""magically"" just arrived and the staff had all sorts of attitude. For our next kid, we ordered from another store and similar bumpers were about 1/5th the price, in way less time and the people actually appreciated our business. We will never shop there again..
