They LIE about everything! The guy came to my house and told false information just to get me to buy through them! He also made Promises of special channels I would get with the package I chose and never came through with ANY of them!!\r
It takes a real SCAM artist to stay in business with all the lies they tell their customers!!\r
I called early in the morning to get some issues with my service cleared up and the office manager lied to me also. There isn’t a thing I can do about it and I am stuck in a 2 year contract with a LOT of hidden B.S. charges and now if I decide to cancel I will really be screwed because in their contract it states if I cancel I get charged HUNDREDS of dollars and they don’t bother to let you know about ANY of this before signing their contract. They rush you through signing and don’t give you a chance to read the contract. \r
READ THEIR CONTRACT THOUROUGHLY!!!!!!!!! ON SECOND THOUGHT TELL THEM TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!! \r
