Couldn't believe my ears. I've used this company several times in the past and have never had a problem. When I informed their operator that I was stranded in the international center late after midnight, she suggested I call ute cab, who I never use because they have the rudest dispatchers alive. When I said I'd prefer to use her company because I've had positive experiences she said it'd be 35 minutes, and I said that was fine. I said that I'd call her if my friend ended up returning my call and was able to give me a ride so she'd not dispatch a cab for nothing. The dispatcher stopped short, asked why I wanted her to send a cab to the international center for a maybe? (International center is a 5 minute drive from downtown and it's maybe 10 minutes past last call. Not exactly a high-risk fare) She then told me that I should make sure my friend can't pick me up then call back and hung up on me. I've never seen such a gross disparity in service quality. Will never EVER call this company again.
