I am a contractor and initially heard about Griffin Insurance Company through word of mouth. Eveyrone kept saying their name and that they were a good company to work with.
I have been with Griffin Insurance for about 3 years now and I have most of my insurance through them, including vehicle and business insurance. The nice thing about Griffin is that I know I can count on them.
If I call them with a problem, small or large, I want to know that they can take care of it. They can and they do, though I have not had any major problems. They are great people, very professional, and get things done quickly. If I ask them to forward something to a customer for me, they do it. They are very customer-oriented.
Not only are they very prompt at getting things done but they stand behind what they say they do. I have dealt with multiple insurance companies in the past and I feel confident working with Griffin Insurance. They are an A-1 company.
