Review content:
At the suggestion of a friend, I signed up for the online web special of 5 classes and a pair of boxing gloves. At the end of that first session, I walked out of there a full time member, with a 12 month membership. It was the best decision regarding my health and well-being that I've ever made.\r

60 minutes of intense punching, kicking, jumping, lunging, push ups, sit ups. Really, anything you can think of that doesn't involve the use of weights. It makes you use your body to make yourself stronger, hit harder, move faster, and feel overall better about yourself.\r

I'd recommend this to anyone who, like me, isn't committed to going to the gym and doing the workout solo. Come for the workout, stay for the camaraderie.
