Review content:
The first time I used Awesome Bounce it was a great experience! They arrived in time for the party to set up, and they did a good job cleaning up after the party was over. If they arrived a little earlier to set up that would have been better, but the bouncer was great and the kids had a lot of fun!
The problem is that it is hard to get a hold of a person when you have a question or need to change your order. You very often get a busy signal or get an answering machine. This became apparent to me the second time I ordered a bounce house and tried to cancel the order when the party it was for was cancelled. I left a message a few days before, but they still showed up with the bouncer on the day of the cancelled party. They did not charge me for the second order because of the mistake.
Despite the communication problem the prices are good, the set up for the bounce houses is wonderful and they do what you need them to do. They just need to work on their communication.
