The owner of Skeins has been fighting cancer for more than 2 years and will be appalled if she sees this post. She has tried to fight this horrible disease with dignity and privacy. I am so disgusted by the posts/complaints I can keep quiet no longer. Inconvient hours are due to illness, single balls are displayed and all have back stock (this shop has more storage than display space). Friends man/have manned the shop when she is too sick to come in. So before you all sit down to put the word out to destroy a persons business, you might want to ask yourself how did you behave in the shop? You see people usually treat others the way they are being treated. I have been in this shop and observed 1st hand some pretty spoiled, selfish, demanding women come through the door. I travel many states in my business and have been in my fair share of yarn shops......there are so many wonderful knitters ...... It's the kind of people who have posted so negatively on this site that spoil the craft/art and ruin it for others. A smile and ""I could use some help here"", always get an owners attention.
