My son and his wife gave me the phone number and recommended Air Tech of Houston when my AC quit working. A Real person answered the phone!!! I was informed a technician named Joe would be here between 1 and 2. And he was. It was raining cats and dogs and he was able to determine what was wrong and take pictures to be sure he returned with the correct fan motor. Joe returned the next day between 1 and 2 with the correct motor and fixed it in a jiffy!! He also looked at my inside unit as I requested, to give me information I needed for the future. He was courteous and I felt safe, since I live alone. I would definitely recommend Air Tech of Houston to all my friends!! Cost was affordable for a retiree.
