Worst experience!! From start to finish. It took over 7 months to close on a simple family transaction. We had to send in the same stuff 3-4 different ways. It seemed like they never asked the underwriter how they wanted the information. They would just send it in and then the whole process would get held up. luckily it was family transaction and it wasn't that big of a rush. The worst part was there was an outstanding balance because they did not add it to closing. The outstanding balance was for removing and dispute on my credit report. They sent me a bill for it. It took me a couple of days to email them back. I did not agree with the amount. They ended up charge the card I had on file without my permission within a week of getting the bill. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.
