I don't think anyone dislikes going through the process of selecting/buying a new car from a dealership than me...and I really, really, really hate it. Until I went to this dealership. Why were they different? They didn't chase me around the parking lot trying to talk me into something - they simply made themselves available in case I had a question about a car. They didn't play the ""If I can get the ""Manager"" to agree to ""this price"" would you buy it today"" ploy over and over. In fact, they didn't play that game at all. I selected a car, got the best price and went through signing the paperwork process. It all happened in under an hour. They called me a week later to ask if I was happy with the purchase and if I had any questions. They followed that up with a personal email from the salesperson to make sure that I was ultimately thrilled with my experience. I was. And yes, I'm still in shock over how easy it was to purchase a car from them. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Will I return there for my next car? Yes, no doubt.\r
