Review content:
I was SO excited to move in here three months ago. I loved the location and apartment manager. Sarah is THE BEST!!!!!! Very unique and caring person. The maintenance man Dennis is great too. My repairs always get done and done quickly. I loved it so much I overlook the fact that it takes running the water for at least 15 minutes before you can get any hot water (a bit gross for hand washing after the loo) and the fact I struggle with one of my windows. I love it so much I figured I'd deal with it. BUT!!! Now there is a MAJOR problem. No one told me (or anyone for that matter) that they were going to be doing major construction in the building until about a week prior meaning it was not disclosed prior to signing a lease. They are not obligated to do so I don't think but I did make it known I work from home. Would have been good to know so I could find a different more suitable place. As I write my walls are shaking and my head feels like the drills are boring right thru my brain. They are tearing down and rebuilding a wall. It will take three months. Its LOUD. . \r

So sad. I was so happy living here. Apparently we get a break next week with some quiet. Let's hope so. I've missed enough work and the noise is irritating beyond your wildest imagination. \r

At this time I am making no comments as to how upper management is/is not handling the situation. I have comments I am just not making them. \r

Anyway, just trying to help fellow renters. \r
