Dana Anderson and Anderson Poolworks in Sherwood, OR Ripped us OFF! Dana Anderson took our deposit Check in June 09 promising to have the pool finished in 12 weeks... 12 months Later and the pool is not finished. \r

Dana Anderson or his daddy bruce or anyone who works with him is not answering our phone calls, our emails get sent back. They did not maintain our pool after filling, never showed us how to clean it nor give us the cleaning equipment included in the price we paid. Poor service overall. \r

We thought going with what seemed to be a trustworthy family run business with lower prices was the way to go but now we see that you get what you pay for. We got scammed \r
and we do not want to see this happen to another family in Sherwood, OR area!\r

Now we have to hire another pool company to finish the job! Our pool is leaking water,we got the wrong heater installed and the subcontractor threw taco bell sauce wrappers in our driveway. This is ridiculous.. Unprofessional and Unacceptable. It is sad to see that this had to happen but we have no other choice than to let others know what happened to us so it does not happen again.\r

Please use a more trustworthy company such as cascade pools here in Portland, OR.\r
