Unreal! They lost my boots too! told me one week and got them back in 3. 4 days later the sole they put on came off and i took them back....they assured me they would have them fixed the next day, when I call it was as if they had no idea what I was talking about. They have now had them for over a week. When i finally lost my cool and expressed my opinion of how they run their business he hung up on me. I paid $93 in advance for a very simple and common repair. The absolute worst customer service I have experienced!!!!
