I had a leak from my toilet that was dripping down to my living room ceiling below. This house was built in 1938 and the toilet was original. I knew that most plumbers want to replace the toilet under those circumstances. We wanted to try to save it for various reasons. Stanley told me my options and the possible consequences. I told him to proceed. He worked very hard and managed to rescue the toilet. This company charges by the job so even though he worked for several hours the price was not outrageous. He was also a delight to have working in my house. Both he and his assistant were polite, neat, and positive the entire time they were at my house. They even fixed some of the parts inside the old toilet. It was rare to find such excellent service during an emergency. I would ask for them by name next time.
