5 stars all the way. I found this service through Google+ and was surprised by all the great reviews, so I thought I'd try it out. They take calls or texts, and Julie always confirms the details of my request moments after the call. You simply won't find a friendlier person. Since then, I've used this service six times to get from Pleasanton to SFO and haven't been let down once, not even close. The drivers are 110% professional and polite, and are always on time. They're waiting at my door 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pickup; as reliable as it gets. There's even candy and water for passengers, which is a huge plus in my book. My driver always asks me if the temperature in the car is comfortable and the music, if any, is always light and relaxing. I highly recommend this town car service for anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and hassle free ride. You won't regret it. DeSoto Cab is the best way to go in my way.
