This place looks very nice at first sight. Staff is supper friendly when your ready to sign a new lease. But a few thing every one should know before committing to this place. The pool area gets super loud on weekend from around 10am to close. If you have kids it might work out but if your a single man/women or a young/old couple that enjoy your quite weekends and want relax I'd say stay way. Half the time the hot tub doesn't even work. Parking for guest?! Does not exist. All the residents will take up that space because addition parking spot is extra 75.00 per month. Your guests would have to park on the street and walk all the way up. And you better hope that there car does not get broken into. I had 1 break in and 1 slashed tire for parking outside with in the 1 year I was there. Way too many dogs are left alone in there homes unattended and let me tell you it can get loud. And for some reason the hall ways always smelled like weed. You will also get the occasional loud drunk people in the middle of the night yelling and arguing. There is no rent control so beware, I signed my lease 1497.00 per month and as soon as it expired it went up to 1620.00 if I signed another year. Month by month they wanted me to pay 2025.00 for that dump. So I moved out. Oh and you can forget about getting your security deposit back after you have left. They will bill you for a bunch of things. For me it was 125.00 for cleaning fee, 225,00 for paint, and 150.00 for a bunch of little things which its understandable. But the way they got me was 753.00 for carpet replacement. I'll admit the carpet was dirty, but it did not need to get replaced. So on top the 900 security deposit they took I still have to pay them about 260.00 which I'm still waiting on a call back from the book keeper to figure out why they are charging for all these things. Honestly for the monthly rent they charge for this place i don't recommend it. You can find a much nicer, cleaner, safer neighborhood with all the extras. You are very isolated at this location, nothing is close by.
