Review content:
We hired Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling to demolish our old deck on the back of our house and construct a new one. Before we called them, we contacted a handful of their former clients. Each and every one of them had positive things to say about the contractor. That never happens. The former clients also were very honest and candid about the things they didn't like about Miles Bradley Building and Remodeling, which really were minor, trivial things. I mentioned what was said to Paige, and he was very receptive. He said he wished they had told them so he could correct the issues. He was very positive and welcomed the constructive feedback.
Paige's communication was top notch. I never had to contact him. He was very proactive and would call to let me know what was going on with the project. He would even call to check and see if I was satisfied with the work that was being done. The workers were there when he said they would be. They were quick, neat and clean. It was not your typical contractor experience! It was the most pleasurable and positive contractor experience I ever endured.
