Review content:
We bought this home from a couple who sold it to us about a year after they purchased. The house is very tight and warm in winter. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and a finished lower level that serves as an office/library and family room. The outside is hardboard, a cement based product that is impervious to insects and woodpeckers. We will never have to paint it. The finishes inside are very nice and the house is easy to keep looking nice. The only thing we added was tinting to the chalet windows which made the house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Although we are the second owner, the builder answers our questions and helps us solve any issues related to the property. This is quite unusual in the city where we used to live and we very much appreciate it. I will be 70 next year so probably won't buy another house, but if I do, it will be from Bo Welch, Licking Valley Construction.
