STAY AWAY from this shop. DO NOT even give it a try. Period.\r

Why? Because they just broke our car (MINI cooper) during oil change and denied it's their fault.\r

Dishonest.\r
No apology.\r
No compensation.\r
Just quibble.\r

After the oil change, they even forgot to reset service minder and took our car manual without putting it back.\r

This shop is by far the worst one I've ever experienced in Bay area. I'd give them 0 star if I could.\r

We went to this shop for regular oil change because of its high ratings on Yelp. We drop our car last Wed noon and asked for oil change.\r

Han, the owner of the shop, promised the oil change could be done in an hour and would give us a call when finished.\r
\r
Till 4pm or 5pm, no call. We called back. Han said yet worked on the car, gave him more time and he'd call back.\r
