went to dobbs to have my radiator leak looked at and that was the only problem i had and when they called me and said that i was looking at 650 dollars for a radiator leak repair because the thermasthat was on the manifold and they would have to take it off the whole manifold. so i told them i would arrange for it to be done on a later date,upon departing the location i went to turn my heater on and all i had was cold air coming out of my vents wheich was not a problem .went to another mechanic and he said they got air in your lines they need to correct there mistake,called dobbs back and they refused to correct there issue they created with my vehicle ,being a local buisness owner in the area as well i wouldnt advise anyone to use there services because they number 1 dont know customer service and 2 dont take responsability for there issues they create. im reporting them to the bbb and then i will be seeking damages with an attorney for all my inconivience.
