WATER DAMAGE!!! noooooooo I freaked, I thought I would have to replace all the carpets I would have to spend money I did not have. I was freaked out! But this company made it so that didn't have to happen. I called them first (lucky for me) they were able to send someone right away, He showed up and looked like he was ready to take on the world. I showed him the rooms that were affected by the water damage and he checked to see if there was any mold it had been sitting overnight I just didn't know how long. He came back after being in there for twenty minutes and was able to give me the best news he could save my carpet there was no mold and it would cost me this much $$$.. yes, it was a little more than what I thought I would have to pay, but what isn't. He went out for about ten minutes preparing his machine to suck out tons of water out ok I might be exaggerating a little bit but, it felt like a lot. so he proceeded with the work once I gave him the ok seeing the price and even getting a 10% off that price because he saw the horror in my face when I saw all those number.. ha-ha. I did appreciate it though. He started work and it took him about two hour and 45 minutes to get all the water out clean the heck out of the carpet even eliminating all of the stains.. he made it look as if nothing had ever happened. thank you, you guys saved me carpet and my wallet a little. ha-ha.. best experience ever for sure, safe to say I would call them again
