I had been using these guys for about 3 years and it has been odd that about every other oil change, I was asked to replace various parts on my 2002 BMW. The $100 oil change would quickly turn into a $1000 bill with replacements and labor. Of course, I love the car so I didn't want it to screw up and these guys were less than the dealer. However, they may not have been legit nor completely honest about the service needed. In my most recent visit to get my a/c repaired, about $200, I was called that I needed $2500 more worth of service on the car. I was shocked. I took it to get another opinion to find out that the majority of the work was completely unwarranted. I would be very cautious in using this business to fix your car or at least be sure to get 2nd opinions. I know I should have done so much sooner than now.?
