I have gone to Ken Towery Firestone in Louisville, Ky several times and at several locations. I'm not sure why I kept going back when the service was so terrible and so many people kept telling me they were ripping me off, but I finally listened and am never going back again! This last and final time, I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment simply to get an oil change and my tires rotated and balanced. I did not get out of there until 9:50, because they were giving me so many "courtesies" by looking all over my vehicle to see if anything needed to be repaired, etc. Did I ask for this? No!!! Not only that but they insist I need thousands of work done but couldn't show me anything. I'm just supposed to believe them. Yeah, right! As soon as I pulled off of the property I noticed my car was pulling hard to the left; it did not do this when I got there. They can't even balance tires properly yet I should let them do thousands of dollars worth of repairs on my vehicle without any evidence it needs i
