Review content:
No one was at the front desk on Monday morning at 9. After waiting, a surly woman came gave me the litany about not accepting most coverage and took my $350. Was shown to a room, Nurse took my vitals and then the Intern took a look at my foot and told me they need to do x rays. So I waited and waited and waited some more, 18 minutes to be exact, all the while hearing every one talking, laughing and cutting up somewhere in the building. It echoed quite well since I was the only patient there! After my 18 minutes where up, I walked out, went to the emergency Room of St. Joseph's Hospital, checked in, was seen, had x rays was treated and came out not even one hour later. If I so much as hear one beep from Memorial Heights about wanting more money, I'll turn them into the Dept. of State Health Services in Austin.
