I had my son take my minivan in to replace a flat tire at the the store near Oxmoor Mall (7511 Shelbyville Rd.). All told, I purchased two new tires and got an alignment. \r

However, this morning while taking the 1st grader to school, I noticed something bouncing around in the back of my van: it was the full-size spare with the wheel cover still on it. The new tire was mounted without a wheel cover. \r

Shoddy work and poor follow-up. I have a very bad back and cannot remount the spare.
