I took my car on 2/21/11 to the Mt. Washington,Ky Ken Towery, I was called and told they could replace my radiator and two hoses for 677.00 I said that seems really high, he said I can take 10% off that, right then I knew something wasn't right! so I called around all the parts life-time warranty including anti-freeze was only 180.00 so I called back around and to install it would only be 80 bucks...so I called Ken Towery and told them to not touch my car that i was on my way to pick it up and what a shame that all the business I gave them in the past I would never be back ...oh the kicker on Preston Hwy The Ken Towery they gave me a 500.00 price and The Infinity dealership 490.00....Big time rip off in a small town.
