I do not know how these great reviews were earned by this company! They started a 2.5-3 week project at my house on Sept 18th. They have still not completed the project! \r

They say they will come on Monday ""for sure"" and we find out management has sent the crew to another job. At first, we thought the problem was the first crew (which we fired) for not reporting to the job site when promised and extremely poor quality of work when they did show up. We were promised completetion once again with apologies. Each week there is another delay. The Creation Builders representative was extremely argumentative from day one. He promised if I did not like the work, he would have it redone, but when I voiced my concern on the project, the response was , ""what's the problem, it looks great"". The pavers had to be pulled up, the ground leveled properly and pavers re-installed. Trash and a pile of dirt has been in our side yard and front yard for 6 weeks now. The crews have left water bottles, mcdonald's lunch trash, etc. on our yard as if it was a trash can. There was a subcontractor who came to our door looking for payment when Creation Builders did not return their calls.\r

I found one of the crew trying to ""relieve himself"" in my backyard! No wonder my dog has been going crazy trying to mark the entire backyard. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I am now going to file a complaint with the BBB and any other agency I can to hopefully get this job complete. \r

If you are considering signing a contract with Creation Builders, I would advise you to consider another company!
