I brought my sewing/embroidery machine here to be repaired. I was charged a $250 diagnostics fee, and was told they would do work up to that amount and call me if it went higher. I was told it would take 7-10 days. After 2 weeks, on a Saturday afternoon, they called and said it would be another $250 to completely fix it. Desperate to have my machine back (I use it for my business!), I agreed. First thing Monday morning they called and said it was ready to pick up. Really? You just called me Saturday afternoon and said it was going to be $250 more, they are closed on Sundays. This means I was charged $250 for LESS THAN AN AFTERNOON's worth of work! I picked it up Monday evening, and the case was all dirty, they didn't even wipe it down from the mess in their store. The machine is now not cutting threads, which is was doing perfectly fine before I brought it in. I won't dare bring it back there, even under warranty, in fear I'll just get screwed with a ridiculous unjustified cost and come back again with a machine that they messed something up on. DON'T GO HERE.
