I love Doctor J Automotive! They have great mechanics and are really wonderful. I have been doing business with them for about 20 years. I would not go to any other place; their prices are fair, their work is flawless, and they are very honest.
Doctor J Automotive really accommodates me in every they can. If I need a ride home they take me, and they will come get me to pick up my car too. Also, if I can't pick up my car right away, they will keep it for me until I can.
They do little things above and beyond mechanical skills, and that is one of the reasons they are great. Once, when I mentioned that my windshield wipers were fading, Ruben, a mechanic there, spray painted them for me. They looked brand new, and he didn't even charge me.
It really is a family run operations, and I can't imagine going to someone else. I love that I don't have to be bothered by things because I know they will take care of it for me. They will even take my car to get smog checked so that I don't have to do it. I really couldn't ask for anything more out of them.
