Worst party ever.....I feel like I was ripped another a**hole. First of all the party was for my two year old son. It started off ok but a hour into the party,we were pushed off into their so called party room and asked if I wanted my guest to start putting their shoes on (now the party host is asking this while serving us pizza and cake all at the same time). After I looked confused, she explained to me that there was a private party starting and we weren't allowed to be in the jump area. Before my guest could eat, decorations were being brought in for this ""PRIVATE PARTY"" they were hosting. Apparently we took too long leaving because the server stood in the doorway with her arms folded like we needed to get a move on things and stop playing around. To put icing on the cake....I was given a bill for $358.00. They have the worst customer service and parties all for an expensive price.....# NEVERAGAIN!!!!!!
