I had a great time with the girls that work at Granite America, but my experience with Kartik was horrible. I will not work with him there.
He wanted to give me my money back and told me to go somewhere else. He charged me more money than what we had agreed upon and what I had deposited.
I talked with the girls there, and I would suggest only dealing with them. The girls have been great. They're easy to work with and accommodating. I've had no problems with the them. Julia and Kelly are fantastic! I recommend them.
They let me look at some pieces to make sure the granite matched, and if something needs to be fixed, they come out and it do it. I would go back to them in a heartbeat.
