I tried it again and gave them another chance . . . . I am not satisfied with their delivery service. I live in an apartment on the second floor . . . . near delivery time I got a call from a phone saying they were outside and to come get my food. I told the girl that I ordered delivery and I expected my food delivery to my apartment. She said she did not want to enter the building. I told her that I had no idea if she was really from the Bar-B-Que or someone out to mug me and to take the food back. She finally gave it and came to the door.
If she is not comfortable delivering orders she needs to find a new job.
