After a terrible experience with another local shop, I took our family car (Suburban) here to diagnose a brake noise that two other shops had been unable to diagnose. They worked us in to their schedule immediately and allowed me to go on the ride-along so I could be sure their mechanic heard the noise that has been plaguing my wife. Sure enough they provided us with a reasonable diagnosis and solution right away! I could not have asked for a better experience.
I spoke with the new manager named Jim about the negative reviews on this website and he informed me that they have taken steps to correct the previous management issues that seem to have been problematic. Jim and the crew here are knowledgeable and courteous so I would fully endorse these guys. We will be back for all our automotive needs! Great location too, right on Meridian in South Hill.
