I needed Envirocare Cleaning Solutions to come and clean before we had renters move in. The previous renter had cleaned the carpet, but I didn't think it looked that great. Our new renters called and said they could move in earlier than anticipated, so I had to get it done soon. They fit me into their schedule, even though I know it was a stretch.
The carpet looked very clean when they were done. We did have one problem with the carpet retaining water or fluid. It was still wet and wasn't drying out as soon as they had anticipated, even though I left the windows open. I called and they were very prompt about sending someone out to look at it again. He removed a little more moisture from the carpet and it dried. It's been fine since then. They were very responsive when I thought I had a problem. I thought they did a very good job.
